Counter-genii
It seems that maturity is the only difference Franz Bardon was seeing in magicians: some are mature and others are immature. In this regard, Franz Bardon was for example very well aware of counter-genii, but he deliberately refused to disclose their names and sigils. He claims that each mature magician will sooner or later encounter and get familiar and deal with those negative forces, but he refused to write about that subject for fear that the immature magicians would either abuse it or be ruined by that knowledge.
After a bit of research, it is however possible to find a list of 72 counter-genii of 72 Shem angels:
